6. Payment & Refund Policy

2. Clients must make payments as per the agreed terms before or after the session.
3. Failure to make payment after availing services is a violation of contract, and legal action may be taken under Indian Contract Act, 1872.
4. No refunds will be issued once a session is completed, as time and expertise are non-recoverable.
5. Any offers, discounts, or promotional sessions are time-limited and non-refundable.

7. Legal Action for Non-Payment

1. If a client avails a session but fails to make payment as promised, Divine Caretaker has the right to take legal action.
2. In such cases, a formal legal notice may be issued, and the matter may be pursued under:
   • Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 415 & 420 (Cheating and Fraud).
   • Order 37 of Civil Procedure Code (CPC) (Summary Suit for Money Recovery).
3. Clients agree to honor payments and understand the legal consequences of defaulting.

8. Indemnification (Protection from Claims)

      By using our services, the client agrees to indemnify and hold Divine Caretaker harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use        of our services.

9. Right to Refuse Service

1. Divine Caretaker reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:
   • Disrespectful or abusive behavior.
   • Unethical demands, such as guaranteed predictions or false promises.
   • Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
